    I have head gossip from the staff as well when in the ER. It is unfortunate but every clinic has to deal with "the human factor". Make sure to document everything like you were running a business! Take names, dates, location, and very good notes or record conversations with a smartphone.

    Many addicts cry wolf and try to use the ER as their personal narcotic pharmacy. If someone leaves a smear review with nothing to back it up, chances are they either did not get their pills or they may suffer from society leach syndrome! ;-)
