    I ordered a very expensive piece for a funeral that I was unable to attend. What arrived was possibly the uglist arrangment I have ever seen. I have never ordered a funeral piece before, and I expected to be guided through the process. I didn't know what flowers would be suitable, so I expected that the florist would choose appropriately. I emphasized that this was a special piece and spent almost twice the average cost. What I ended up with was a cheap piece that looked like it came from a grocery store. Very disappointed.
