    Brought broken tension spring for garage door in to get replacement. Part is color coded and the owner sold me a different color coded spring. When questioned and I showed him the old part color coded green he still stated the yellow spring would work. Not so! Yellow spring for heaver door. After installing both springs had to make excessive adjustment to make garage door work. Went back and got correct springs. Owner would not speak to me nor offer any kind of compensation for having to redo the job all over. Unacceptable service.
