  Justin Stearns is the owner. This company is a scam. I have had to report them to the FTC and file a police report on them. They will not respond to multiple inquiries, voicemail, email, or PayPal dispute and claims. I have personally spoken to 3 different representatives at his company including Justin Stearns, the CEO and owner. They lied about the order being complete and even that it had already been shipped. Since, no one will respond.
  
  update: Justin Stearns had an assistant call me, someone I had not dealt with before, however she was very apologetic and polite. The story of "why" the order was messed up does not make sense, however after multiple times of offering to send me the "incomplete" order, I simply asked for a refund. I remain bothered on why Justin Stearns simply did not call me and tell me the truth, or call me after I made the complaint. He was the one I dealt with from the beginning and he is the owner of the company. The rep said "he was so upset about the order" but I don't get that impression by how he handled this. The company did issue a refund and I have canceled the complaint on PayPal and with FTC. I do appreciate the representative who called me back and I hope this is just one of those unfortunate circumstances that only happen to one customer.
